Star Wars trivia is one of those things where everyone thinks they're an expert until someone asks what planet Chewbacca is from and the whole room goes quiet. MSN has put together a list of 125 Star Wars trivia questions covering the movies, the TV shows, the books, and the games, and honestly it's a great excuse to start a fight in a group chat.

The spread is what makes it worth your time. Original Trilogy purists don't get to own this one. The questions pull from the prequels, the sequels, the Disney+ era of shows, the old Extended Universe novels that half the fandom still treats as canon, and video games, which is where my heart lives obviously. If you've ever sunk a hundred hours into Knights of the Old Republic or ground through Battlefront II's progression, you've absorbed lore without even trying. That knowledge finally gets to count for something.

I ran a few of these past my own Discord last night, casually, the way you do. It went about how you'd expect. The movie questions were speedruns. Then someone hit a question about a detail from one of the animated series and the channel went silent for a full five minutes before someone answered with maximum confidence and got it wrong. That, to me, is the whole appeal of trivia nights, whether it's at a bar or in a voice chat. Nobody agrees on canon, everybody has a hill to die on, and the debates afterward are better than the game itself.

What I like about a list like this is that it treats Star Wars as the sprawling, messy, cross-media thing it actually is. There are people whose entire entry point was Jedi: Fallen Order. There are people who came in through The Mandalorian and have never sat through A New Hope. And there are the true sickos, affectionate, who can name the Bothan spies who died for the Death Star plans in a throwaway line from 1983. A 125-question spread has room for all of them.

It's also just good party fuel. We're heading into that stretch of the year where people start planning holiday gatherings and game nights, and a trivia round is a low-lift activity that gets everyone talking. Print it, split into teams, keep score badly. The person who dominates the video game category will almost never be the person who dominates the movie category, and watching those two people face off is free entertainment.

The full list is over on MSN if you want to grab it. I'd suggest not reading the answers out of order. Someone in your group will absolutely peek, and then you get to be the quizmaster with the answer key, which is the best seat in the house anyway.

So, honest question for the guild: what's the Star Wars fact you break out when you want to flex? Mine's from KOTOR, obviously, and no, I won't spoil it here. Drop yours in the comments. I want to see how deep this community's galaxy brain goes.
